NEW INVESTORS

As a new real estate investor in our mentorship program, we would be your right-hand partners to walk you through the process of acquiring your first Investment property through the process; reviewing your credit, funding options, investment market, finding and analyzing deals, making offers, closing, rehabbing(if required) and property management.

We will guide you on how to select the right general contractor(s) for your rehab projects, as all contractors are not the same. We will also guide you on selecting the right property management company.

PARTNERSHIP

HOW OUR PARTNERSHIP DEALS ARE STRUCTURED

We do mostly equity partnerships. With the equity partnership, we invest capital in deals based on agreed percentage options. Our invested capital is not a loan since we are not lenders. We analyze the deal together with the investor and if we see an opportunity in the deal, we will partner with the investor to secure the deal and be part of the deal process from acquisition to completion.

PROPERTY TYPES WE INVEST

We focus on residential properties; single family, duplex, triplex and fouplex properties. We focus on value add properties where we apply the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Repeat) strategy or flipping.

REQUIREMENTS EXPECTS FROM AN INVESTOR PARTNER?

We work with all kinds of investors from beginners to experienced investors. The main requirements we focus on is the zeal of the investor to be part of the acquisition process of the deal, rehab and completion. We will also review the exit strategy of the investor. Since some exit strategies could require credit, we like our investors to have a credit score around the 680+ (case-by-case). Credit repair options available if needed.

HOW MUCH CAPITAL DO I NEED TO BE A PARTNER?

There is no fixed set amount of capital needed, as every deal is different and also it depends on the investors goals.

HOW DO I BECOME AN INVESTOR PARTNER?

We only partner with investors in our mentorship program.
